A full-service design build firm, specializing in architectural and interior design, renovation of co-ops/condos, brownstones, townhouses, lofts, pre-war apartments in NYC, houses in Connecticut, Long Island and special projects.

We also manage the trades and and act as the owner’s rep advocating for the interests of the owner and the GC working towards an agreed upon, bottom-line cost to build the project.

We provide construction documents for Board, NYC Building Department and Landmarks approval.

All interior architecture is designed and directed by PomaSteven. Furniture, art, materials, colors and finishes are carefully chosen and thoughtfully organized by PomaSteven.
